AutoFill not working

I am trying to enter contest and before I did the update macOS Sierra see my version in screen shot and when I try to autofill I get this message see screen shot.Thank you all

I'm having this same exact same issue, and it's on a page that I've used on a daily basis at work for years, and did not start until I updated to Sierra.


I've deleted the web page from the "other forms" section, and tried to reset it with no luck.


The info is for feedback form that has nothing to do with my or any personal information. I have a feedback phrase that I use, and until the update, I just chose "autofill" and it would fill the field. Since the update, I get the same message that the OP posted.


Any assistance would be appreciated.
