What is SUR.LY and do we trust it?

I updated to OS X 10.11.6 version. Now I get a message from SUR.LY for Wordpress: You may need to fix MAC errors. Then it gives me a choice to respond. So far, I have not responded as I don't know anything about SUR.LY. Should I ?
