Some of the files are still in my Trash bin. I'm trying to recover and put it back but it takes a long process and I don't know what happens next. 😟
Plus, some of my files are gone and I can't even use my Safari I would tried on clicking into anything on it but nothing happens and my system preferences doesn't function as well.

Re-install your operating system.
Restore it from a backup, or reinstall the OS. Depending on your OS, it's done by restarting with the Command and R keys held down or connecting an installation thumbdrive/DVD and pressing C or Option at startup.

If I did this I can have my old files back?
1. Choose Restart from the Apple menu.
2. A reinstallation won't restore the old files in that folder; it installs fresh ones. Files outside it will remain as is unless a problem occurs.

I Tried to reinstall it but after i restarted my laptop, it never worked Already and it just continuously reboots but nothing happens 😟
