Sep 25, 2016 6:26 PM in response to Jennifer Schaubleby Allan Jones,★HelpfulIf it is the "Mirrored Drive Door" (MDD) model and has a working power supply, the power supply has retained value as a repair part because MDD PowerMacs have a nasty habit of killing off power supplies. The front panel board that holds the power-on button can also sell for US$20 to $40.
As the RAM sticks, graphics cards, and hard drive are now obsolete technology, there is not much retained value in those items unless you find someone who is keeping a similar Mac running.
It is a strange phenomenon that you can take apart some older computers and sell the parts for more money than the same model in working condition would sell for.
