Q: iPhone 5S operating itself after IOS 10.01

Hey,

About a week ago, I updated my iPhone 5S's software to the new IOS 10.01. After the update, the iPhone worked just fine, except that it got a little slower, but I still could do everything I did before with no problems. A few days after, as I was trying to send a Snapchat, the app started opening stories on it's own, taking pictures and starting to type in chats, but it stopped after I closed the app so I ignored it. The phone was working perfectly fine for an hour after that when it started opening apps, not letting me enter my correct passcode (submitting random numbers) and going back and forth between the menu pages. When I went to an Apple Store  where they told me to restore the phone, since it could have been an error while installing the new software, so I did and the phone went back to working like usual for a few hours before going back to acting possessed to the point where I almost can't send text messages since it starts to type in letters I don't tap and all the apps work for themselves.

I own an iPhone 5S, 32GB, in Silver. The touch screen has been replaced about a month ago. Since the new screen it's not from Apple they refuse to repair it, or see what's happening, I also know it may be because of the replacement that the iPhone is acting this way.

Please help me, I don't know why the phone has this problem or if I will have to buy a new one and Apple won't tell me what I can do besides restoring.

Thank you.
