Sep 26, 2016 2:51 PM in response to gabriel91gby sarah_s1,Hi gabriel91g,
Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Community! I understand you're having trouble receiving some notifications on your iPhone. I certainly wouldn't want to miss any information as it came in so I can understand wanting to make sure your notifications are working. I'm happy to help.
The first thing I recommend to try is restarting your iPhone.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once you restart, you can also take a look at the notification settings and make sure that the notifications are set up the way you'd like them to be.Use Notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
After checking out the notification settings, take a look at Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > Allow Access When Locked. Make sure that 'Turn on Notification View' is toggled on.
Take care.

Sep 27, 2016 8:57 AM in response to gabriel91gby tylerfromcamp hill,I have this exact same problem. I followed the steps recommended above (restarted phone, made sure notification settings were correct in messaging and in Touch ID & Passcode), but that does not work.
I've also tried resetting my settings and restoring from a backup, and that also does not work.
