As soon as I installed GD on my Mac with IOS 10.9.5, I got problem with finder. No windows open correctly and every window looks like the following img.
I already did:
Close Google drive or Turn off " Show file sync status icons and right click menu" in Preferences / Misc
but nothing helped.
Everything work properly when I remove GD from the Applications
Does anyone have a suggestion?

Yes. Disable Google Drive. There is a known problem with Google Drive, Mavericks and the Finder.
Search the Mavericks forum for "Google Drive" and you will find lots of reports where the solution was to disable Google Drive.

I know there are some problems with GD and Mavericks, however I need GD.
Do you mean "temporaly disable" or "definitely uninstall"?
Yes, uninstall.
Or switch to a different operating system version (El Capitan or Sierra)
Or hope Google provides a fix (which they have not done yet).
I read that article yesterday and followed the hints, but it did not fix it
