Q: Interactive web site and parental controls
A new school year is starting and we're now using McGraw Hill's ALEKs math program.
Because the website is dynamic and interactive, it is unusable under parental controls.
The reason is that for every answer the child provides, and the next question's URL is unique and based on the child's previous answers. Even when I put the domain in the allowed parental controls every question gets the whole loop of asking to add web sites. Since each page is a unique URL this gets really old really fast. It takes longer to add the new web page than for the kids to answer the question. This makes these interactive instructional sites unusable with parental controls.
Anyone else dealing with this issue?
Anyone figured out a solution?
