Q: Sierra Rendered App Store Software Logitech Alert Commander Useless

Hello,

I just upgraded to macOS 10 Sierra.

And it rendered Logitech Alert Commander software from your App Store useless. This is a disaster for my peace of mind in monitoring the safety of our home.

The software worked fine with El Capitan, Yosemite, Mavericks.

Instead of being able to view the cameras live, there's a swirling icon (which usually happens briefly just before the image appears) that just keeps spinning instead of rendering the live image.

All other functionality is OK - including being able to view motion-activated video clips that are store on my hard-drive.

Please help!

Phew - I thought it was just me! I tried EVERYTHING and I have the same problem. Any help getting this fixed ASAP would be great.

Same with me too.
Works fine on my iPhone and my windows 8,
so I know the cameras are working.
The cameras still send photos to my macs but no live feed!!

You'll need to contact Logitech and find out what's keeping them from updating their software properly.

I to managed to send a mail to Logitech explains our problem.
customercare@logitech.com
I'll let you know if they reply.
They have acknowledged my mail.

I also found this UK number for Logitech.
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, if is still ok.
