Q: Apple ID

I have been using a US Apple ID since 2005. Since then I have had multiple devices & am currently in SA. As you have to answer the security questions when a new device is used, and I haven't needed to do that in many years, I can't remember my answers. As I am in SA & it will be costly phoning the US (and even the closest being the UAE), is there anything else I can do? If I create a new account I will lose all my purchases
