I just noticed that I just sent a message to someone I've never heard of. I don't know how that happened, but I want to remove his name from my Mail directory to reduce the chance of it happening again. How do I go about editing my Mail directory? No, I don't know how his name got on my directory.

Try Mail/Window/Previous Recipients and delete the e-mail address from there.
I don’t see that. I’ve clicked on Mail>Preferences and File, Edit, View, Mailbox, Format, Window, and Help in the Menu bar, but I don’t see any “Window” or “Previous Recipients”
