They do not replace that. They would do a full phone replacement. For a device still under warranty, they would need to determine if this was something that was manufacturer defect or user damage. If manufacturing, and under warranty, they would probably replace at no cost. If not under warranty or user damage, then you would have to pay for an out of warranty replacement.
