hey my iphone show activation lock screen and my i cloud id is disabled i cant unlock my icloud id please i need a help

If this is a second hand phone, you will need the previous owner to remove it from his account. Without his ID and Password, the device will be useless for you.
no i am the owner and i have my omn icloud and password but when i sign in it tells me that this apple id is disabled an need to reset password but when i log in iforgot it says that id not an appleid
yes i did it but first it says that this appleid is locked but when i login iforgot it says that email not an apple id and i am in bad need of my icloud email activation
