Ever since I updated iTunes to 12.5.1 it hasn't been able to recognize my iPod. When I plug it into my computer nothing shows up. It is recognized by my computer but that's it. Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing came up on iTunes asking you too authorize your iPod on your
computer etc. If it didn't you might won't too use a another USB cable etc.
