Apple watch not working

I need help! My apple watch is now bricked. I don't know what I did but the screen says help with a exclamation mark, and it has a website to go to on the bottom. The watch was updating then it didn't appear to continue, it kinda just stopped. Does anyone know what to do and is there any way that I would get the watch back to normal?
