Q: Dose Apple have reports of a Bandwidth leak with Sierra maybe caused by Siri?

I am getting reports that Mac are now sucking bandwidth like it is going out of style. Not only that, the Mac is sucking up all the bandwidth available leaving nothing for other devices. Is this a Siri thing? Is Apple aware of this, getting reports from ISPs about this? I advised to turn off Siri to see if that is where the leak is coming from.
