Q: im trying to download the update

I'm trying to download the update on my mac air but when i click the lock it is telling me my pw is incorrect. what can i do

Hey twiladawn2003,

If I understand correctly, you are trying to install an update to the MacBook Air and it is asking you for a password. If you have to click a lock it may be asking you for the computer administrator password.
I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
