    Hi RD, this is a volunteer forum, not Apple Computer.

    If you have an app you wish to develop see this document

    if Apple permits sales from in the app store for your final product they will take a cut for the hosting privilege, but Apple does not arbitrary take ideas form not-apple engineers and build apps for them and share profit, you will need to develop this app yourself or hire developers if that is not possible, but Apple will not provide you with those resources.
