back up file corupted on iphone

Hi,

I've been trying to back up my iphone and it says my back up file is corrupted. I am not able to delete the back up from itunes as well as it is not showing it up on devices. I can sync my music etc except backing up. I have updated my iphone to iOS 10 and itunes... still back up file is still corrupted.

Can anyone help me for the best solution?
