iTunes disabled iPhone & iPad device sync AGAIN

I'm soooo frustrated about this.

It happened to me before when I still had the free Apple service on my phone. I did try to get it fixed by myself at first.

Making sure my Apps and device drivers were updated, re-booted, usb ports and leads checked,

I am not sure what Apple service did to solve it then when I reported it. It's not working again. My free Apple service is now expired. Is this going to be happening everytime there's an iOS Update? That it has to be reported back to Apple service for them to look into. If it comes in with additional fees thats not fair at all.

- I have updated iTunes to the 12.5.1 running in my Windows 10

- Device Driver is updated (thanks to the forum)

- My iPhone6s and iPadMini3 are now on iOS 10.0.2

- My devices and itunes accounts are one and the same.

- USB Ports and Leads are ok

- My Dell Laptop Inspiron 5000 is fairly new and fast

When I go into my iTunes and connect my phone or ipad it should show up that its connected for it to sync.

But it doesn't. I pull down on file to devices to sync - it's disabled. What gives?

Greetings TeriZapp,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to sync the iPhone to your computer but iTunes is saying the iPhone sync is disabled. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting as well.
I would recommend you read this article; it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
