Home app randomly notifies me locks are locked?

I have two Schlage Sense locks running the most recent firmware as of yesterday. I have an iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10.0.2.

Ever since upgrading to iOS 10 a couple weeks ago, the Home app will randomly notify me that my locks are locked. This usually happens at least once a day, sometimes twice. For example, it just notified me 48 minutes ago that both my locks were locked. I haven't unlocked or locked my doors in about 4 hours; I also haven't opened the Home app in a couple days. It notifies me when my locks unlock and lock, which is great, but these random "doors are locked" notifications are...weird. At least it doesn't randomly unlock my doors!

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas/solutions?
