got lots of trouble with my iphone 6 16 gb.
Good part of time is not possible to use due to the tochpad completly freezed.
I updated software and cleaned the display
This is intermittent!
What can i do?

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

no already did lots of time... i did also a main reset and re-installed the back from icloud...no change
Take your device to the Apple Store for further diagnostics.
