Q: iphone6 display problem

good day to all of u

am using iphone6 from last one year and 3 months.yesterday my phone's display damaged (gray screen with vertical and horizontal lines).but phone is in working conition, but display is not working and i am unable to see anything.

I want to know the reason for the problem,even my phone never fell down or no hitting happened and am also using hard case cover for safe to my phone.I want to know how that problem occers ,kindly guiede me the reason

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5, 16 gb

Hello, You can try to Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, take the phone to the Apple Store for a diagnostic as it may be a hardware issue.
