iPhone

Q: mobile data problem iPhone 5C / iOs 10

Since the update tot iOs 10 I'm having a lot of problems with my mobile data connection.

iMessage won't work, Whatsapp works half the time, mail won't connect to gmail-server, and so on.

On WIFI everything works fine.

Anyone any ideas? This is really frustrating.

I understand that after updating to iOS 10 you've been unable to get a stable or reliable cellular data connection. I know it's important to stay connected when out and about, so I'm happy to help!

Are you having these issues in locations that normally have a decent connection? If so, check out some of the troubleshooting that we recommend here:
