Q: Airport Utility says AirPort is reporting problems, then says isn't.

Every time I reboot my PC, the AirPort Utility comes up and says one of my AirPorts are reporting problems.

But, when I click next, it says it's NOT reporting any problems

We have 2 AirPort Extremes (see screenshots below) bridged in our office.

We don't really notice any problems, except we have to constantly flush our DNS cache a zillion times a day (even after changing our modem's DNSs to:

  • Google's: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, or
  • the DNSs recommended by our Service Provider

Win10 and the airport utility is not a happy combo.

Think of it as borg implants on your warp drive.

If you don't have a Mac in your network surely someone has an ipad or iphone and you can download the iOS version airport utility.

Win10 does have some known issues with networking particularly with Airports.

I need to see the model and the setup of each one if you still have issues after an apple airport utility has had a go at the issues.

I notice btw using v5 airport utility on a Mac that the symbol used for an AC Airport router is the same as the G wireless model.

A v5 utility is out of spec to setup an AC airport.. you can do it but it is poor and some aspects of the configuration don't take.
