Safari 10 will not load Plug-in for Samsung Security Camera DVR (surveillanceclienth.plugin), believes it to be unsafe. Plug-in setting to enable security protection is checked, and grayed out, so cannot be unchecked. How do you force run plugin in Safari 10 for Sierra?
As of March 17th the company hasn't fixed the issue. I called in today to get an update. No solutions, just a confirmation that they are working on the issue. Perhaps they should speed up getting the plugin to work correctly and enable use on different browsers.
I'm having this same issue with a couple websites in the Java settings. I need to uncheck that to get the site to function properly, but with it greyed out an no perceivable way to change it I'm dead in the water for these sites. Has anyone figured out a solution?
As of June 1st. it is still a problem for me as well. I called back on March 17th 2017 and got a technical support guy to give me some info. I am curious if anyone else has called in. At some point they will get it fixed, but it seems to me that they will need to be overwhelmed with calls in order to get anything moving.

Just curious if you are familiar with the exact problem that the other users (including me) are dealing with. Specifically with Samsung CCTV cameras and a silverlight plug-in. The problem is that we are unable to deselect the "Enable Security Protection Plug-in is Unsafe" bar. This is because it is greyed out. To my knowledge there is no way to override this. Simply providing instructions on how to select and deselect this option is not helpful when it is greyed out (as mentioned by all the previous comments in this thread).
Any other suggestions?
Where are you trying to change the check box?
Have you go to the Samsung website to check for an updated plug-in?
I have the same issue trying to access my security cameras. The checkboxes are located at safari internet plug-in settings by holding option down while clicking on the drop-down menu.

yes, that's it. except both of my options are "enable security exception" and "plug-in is unsafe" are greyed-out and cannot be deselected.
Has anyone yet figured out a resolution to this problem?
After Sierra Upgrade I cannot use essential plugin. Tried to disable check mark next to "Enable Security Protection" but it is grayed out. How do you force run a plug-in?
