Sep 26, 2016 6:55 AM in response to dialabrainby DigitalFlame,As I said it was working fine prior to Sierra, which would suggest that it is the latest OS that is causing the issue.

Sep 26, 2016 7:00 AM in response to DigitalFlameby dialabrain,It's possible that changes in Sierra cause the controls to no longer function. The reason I suggested contacting their support is because they may have an idea why and if anything can be done. Certainly it's doubtful Apple will rewrite Sierra to accommodate one brand and model of headphones.
