Q: Outlook integration broken
I have accepted and installed an upgrade to iCloud. Following the mandatory reboot the integration with iCloud is not work. On starting Outlook I get the error message Failed to open message store after locating it in table MAPI_E_UNCONFIGURED (0x8004011c).
Once in Outlook if I attempt to access my iCloud calendar it tells the set of folder cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened.
Within iCloud on my PC, with Outlook closed, I deselected Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Tasks and clicked on apply. I then got prompted to setup iCloud contacts, Calendars and tasks in Outlook. After selecting this link it went through 2 steps and I got a notification that Outlook as been setup to use iCloud for your calendars, contacts and tasks.
On restarting Outlook I got the same error message relating to a failure to open the message store.
Can anyone help me to resolve this

I did have CodeTwo installed but have now removed it after which I no longer get the MAPI error when opening Outlook but I was still unable to open up my iCloud calendar in Outlook. I then closed Outlook and within iCloud on my PC deselected Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Tasks and clicked on apply. Was then prompted to setup iCloud contacts, Calendars and tasks in Outlook which I did but on restarting Outlook and selecting my iCloud calendar I still get the message
'the set of folder cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened.'
