Q: Will iTunes 12.5.1 for Older Video Cards version be deployed?

My iTunes version 12.4.3.1 is not upgrading to 12.5.1 because it's the 32 bit version aka "For older video cards".

Will 12.5.1 For older video cards version be ever deployed?

Is Apple dropping support for this version?

Hmm, it is possible that whoever was supposed to update that page has dropped the ball. I've dug out a link to the correct installer from the main iTunes download page. You can get it from the Further information section of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates which I try to update after each release.
