Q: Returns

Hi! I ordered an iPhone 7 silicone case a couple of days ago to Miami (it is supposed to arrive tomorrow) and yesterday I decided to return it. I live in Venezuela and I would like to return it when I get to travel to US so I dont have to bother my friend (the one who is receiving the phone at his house) with that task, but apple Emailed me saying that I have to send the item back by the 9th of October.

 

I would like to know if I am going to have any problem if I return the item on November by myself in the apple store.

The return period under Apple's Standard Return Policy in the US is 14 days from purchase.

 

I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you whether Apple will make an exception in your case - this is a user-based community.

 

You would need to ask Apple.

    The return period for a refund is 14 days. No one here represents Apple, so there is no way for anyone here to say, except for their normal procedure. You may have a problem. If you want a refund, you may need to have the friend return the item, or you will end up not getting a refund.
