Q: how can I increase the RAM on my MacBook Pro?
I want to speed up the performance of my late 2008 Mac Book Pro. Can I get rid of many languages to free up some memory, and will this do the trick? How do I do it?
MacBook Pro, OS X 10.10.5

Apple Watch
Are you talking about memory?
Or disk storage?
Both can be increased. Getting rid of unnecessary languages will not increase memory and will only increase available storage a little.
To upgrade memory see the following (8GB (2x4GB is max)

To upgrade internal storage (disk)
