How do I Quit SyncServicesAgent to download new updates

I need to quit SyncServicesAgent, and Microsoft Database Daemon to download new upgrades in MicroSoft Office for Mac. I am using El Capitan 10.11.6 operating software. Can anyone help?

Maybe...use Activity Monitor to force quit it if you can't get it to quit on your own. If it starts running

when you startup the computer, go to accounts under system preferences, then startup items, and maybe turn

it off
