Q: add apple calendar to outlook

I shared my iCloud calendar with my work email and received the invitation to "join personal calendar" on my Outlook (work).  When I click on it, it opens up a webpage in iCloud rather than actually doing anything in MS Outlook.  How can I get MS Outlook to add the Apple calendar?
