Can I separate audio from two apps to two Bluetooth receivers?

With iOS10 on my iPhone SE, can I play music from the Apple Music app to my car's Bluetooth receiver (this works fine), AND AT THE SAME TIME play a navigation app's voice guidance ONLY to a Bluetooth earphone?
