Apps Gone

Guys/Gals,

I lost some purchased apps which I paid for it, so I lost one of the lock folder app which I had all my personal details in it such us (passport copy, Credit cards Copy, Driving license, car registr, Visas, and more other schooling and governments docs), this app last use was on the beginning of Sept, 2016, so is there any option to get it back?

I searched for purchased apps thru my iPhone/iTunes even tried all options avlbl.

I format My PC last week so I lost all back ups is there any option to recover my old back ups?

If the apps are no longer in the store you won't be able to redownload them. You don't have a copy of them anywhere e.g. on another (non-iOS 9+) iOS device, or on a backup of your downloads/library ?

Not sure how formatting your computer made you lose your backups, unless you formatted your backup drives as well as the computer
