I would like to download from my Apple account a OS X 10.8 version in order to install it in an old Macbook White. How may I proceed? I loose the CD containing the Mountain Lion.

Mountain Lion NEVER came on a DVD/CD device. It was ONLY a downloadable installer. Granted, an external installer could be created from the Applications -> Install OS X Mountain Lion app via Diskmaker X.
If you purchased Mountain Lion in the past, then it should still be available to you via the Applications -> App Store -> Purchases tab.
If you purchased your Mac new from Apple and it came with Mountain Lion, then you should be able to re-install using the Network Recovery mode <About OS X Recovery - Apple Support>. Boot holding Command-Option-R
If neither of the above apply, you can go to the on-line Apple store and purchase it ($20 US)

You will be sent a Redemption code via the email address associated with your Apple ID.
You then use that code to redeem your purchase in the Applications -> App Sore app on your Mac.
Check that your computer is compatible with Mountain Lion/Mavericks/Yosemite/El Capitan.
To check the model number hold down the option/alt key, go to the Apple menu and select System Information.
MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum, or Early 2009 or newer) model number 5,1 or higher
Your Mac needs:
OS X v10.6.8 or OS X Lion already installed
2 GB or more of memory (More is better - 4 GB minimum seems to be the consensus)
8 GB or more of available space
Check to make sure your applications are compatible. PowerPC applications are no longer supported after 10.6.

Also check to make sure there is a compatible driver for your printer.
Do a backup before installing, preferable 2 backups on 2 different drives.
