Q: Hi. My sister has a problem with apple ID. She forget email password and can't access to the Apple ID, and Apple can NOT recognize her birthday date. Can she answer some other security question?

Hi. My sister enter her old email address as Apple ID, and forgot password for email, and Apple ID.

She tried with security question, but Apple does NOT recognize her birthday.

Is there a way to skip birthday, and try some other security question?
