Dear Sir, I am so much disappointed after seeing 'touch is failed' has happened just next to the upgrade of iOS 10.0.2. Then I went back to 9.3.5 manually from windows 10 through uploading firmware using iTunes. But this hasn't solved my problem at all. As far as I do believe my phone has undamaged hardware to work for fingerprints. Any possible solution to that problem ?
