HI MikeGeorgen,

I understand that you've updated iTunes on your Windows 7 computer, but now you are seeing an error when trying to open it. I know it's important to have iTunes work properly so you can sync your device, so I'm happy to help.

Make sure that you're logged in as an administrator on your computer, and that you've got the latest Windows updates. Then check out the additional troubleshooting steps listed here:
