Preordered an iPhone 7Plus 128G. Received it and tried activating it and nothing. Talk to an apple representative at Apple care and genius bar. Said they were going to resolve the issue but now it has been 10 days and my iphone still does not work. Any suggestion on what to do next? Paid 1,000 for this phone only to get a nonworking phone. I already talked to my carrier and said this an apple issue??
