Apple Watch not listed in Health device list

Hey

So i have an iPhone 6s+ and a brand new Series 2 Watch. The Watch does track my activity (steps, heartbeat etc.) but this data is not sent to my phone.

When I go to the Health app, select the 3rd tab (Sources) then I only see my iPhone there - I can't see my Watch.

What's going on? Please help.
