I have a mac book pro. 2 GHZ Intel core and memory is 2GB 667 MHZ DDR2 SDRAM

My laptop is running hot, what can I do about it

Install a temperature/fan speed monitoring application.

Open Activity monitor and set it to ALL PROCESSES and set CPU to list application usage from high to low.

When the MBP gets hot, post images of both for inspection.
