After upgrading my iPhone 6+ to iOS 10, almost impossible to keep using my phone because the screen is freezing all the time. After a few seconds or if I lock/unlock the phone, it's working again but the same bug a few second after.
I've downgraded to 9.3 and re-install the 10.0.2, but still the same mess.
Any ckue ?

Is your storage full?
Check Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (under Storage) and be certain you have absolutely no less than 10% of the iPhone's total storage free.
Reset the iPhone. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
Thanks but it's a 128 Gb and the storage is almost empty (10 Gb used)... and I've rebooted 10/20 times ;-)
But I agree, the issue seems to be at the memory level.
