I ordered a Space Grey 42 MM Series 2, and it just moved from processing items to preparing for shipment. I have been charged for the Watch. When can I expect to see preparing for shipment turn to shipped?

Apple only charges your card after your order has shipped, so if you have now been charged (as opposed to the initial authorisation hold placed on your account) you should expect to see the status change very soon and to receive a shipment notification email that includes carrier, tracking and delivery date information.
HI! Turns out it is the authorization hold, not the actual charge. how long does it take to charge me and ship from this point on usually, or at least in your experience?
