restoring my phone to ios10 from the beta on my PC at the moment..what do i need to look for on the screen because it has restoring and downloading an update

I had asked for restoring my iphone from ios 10 beta so that I can download the full ios 10 with all new functions..I am following directions that was giving throught the link apple sent my email, I just want to know is it downloading the right things, because on the screen it has the restore but it still has 10.0.2 like is that right???
