iOS 10.0.2 Not Showing all Notes Accounts in Notes

I have a new iPhone 7.

I am updated to IOS 10.0.2.

I am missing one of my iCloud accounts that I share with family in Notes.

I've gone to the Setting, Notes, and Accounts and chosen the said account, but when it opens it, Notes is not an option to choose. Oddly, Notes shows up as an option for every other account. Anyone else with the same issue or a solution?
