How to Disable camera flash on iphone7

On the top left corner in the camera app, there will be a lightning symbol. Tapping it will allow you to set the camera flash to auto, on, or off.

What do you mean by "flash"? Surely not the Adobe web video player, that's never been supported by the iPhone. But aside from that I have no idea what you could be referring to.
You meant Flash as in Flash light?
Swipe UP from the bottom edge of the screen to see the Control Centre, tap the bottom right icon to turn flash on/off
I think what original poster and I would like is an option to turn off the flash on the iphone camera forever until otherwise instructed. This needs to be programmed!
