I just got a 2017 Hyundai Elantra just about two months ago. The Carplay was working great to begin with, but ever since upgrading to the iOS 10 there has been many problems, mostly just with Siri.
Since the upgrade, when I receive text messages Siri no longer reads them out loud to me. She may read the first word but them mutes out. Along with that, when I try to ask her to do something she cuts me off and says "Sorry didn't catch that". The messaging feature was the feature I used the most on Carplay, so this has been very frustrating.
I called Apple support and they walked me through many steps to fix it but nothing worked.
