iPhone not connecting to WiFi

I have an iPhone 6 currently running iOS 10. Ever since I updated to iOS 10 I've been having problems connecting to WiFi. It happened the very first time I updated and I read that it could be some issues with the latest iOS, therefore, some recommendations where to Restore the iPhone which I did and it fixed for a couple of days but again the issue came back.

When I go to mi WiFi settings it does recognise my WiFi Network, but underneath of the name it says "Security Recommendation" when I tap on the i I have a message that says "Weak Security, WEP is not considered secure. Configure your router to use WPA2 Personal (AES) security type for this network"

This message never came up until, again, I updated to iOS.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advanced!
