Bluetooth not working since ios10 update

Since I updated to iOS 10 the Bluetooth on my iPhone will not connect to my car or to any other device I try.

i've tried all the recommended steps and it still does not work.

Is there any way to revert

back to iOS 9

iPhone SE, iOS 10.0.2

Remove the devices from the list of devices on the phone. Remove the iPhone from the vehicle list. Turn Bluetooth off on the phone. Power the phone off/on. Place the vehicle back into discovery/pairing mode. Turn Bluetooth on for the phone, and you should get the prompt to continue the connection. For the other devices, which you do not list what you are referring to, make sure you put them into discovery/pairing mode again to connect.

I have a similar problem, definitely introduced from the iOS 10 update. My Bluetooth headphones no longer connect properly to my iphone 6s+. When I say 'properly' what i mean is that they say they are connected when you look in the blue-tooth devices list but the audio is not pumped out to them very easily. Getting them to work is arduous and involves any combination of rebooting the device, disconnecting the headphones from the phone, restarting the bluetooth on the device. After fussing like that they will eventually connect. They will also not hold the connection, so they can drop once a connection is established.

I even have problems with my Apple keyboard, not as bad as my headphones, but something is definitely up there too.
